Night of the Funk @ The Return of the Belgian Beer Fest ... is back!

The concept for Night of the Funk is to highlight beers that are spontaneously fermented via the open air, infected during maturation in the barrel, purposely inoculated with wild yeast strains (Brettanomyces) and bacteria (Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, etc), or involve some other funky ingredients or techniques that's been inspired by Belgian brewing. Many are also aged in wood vessels for long periods of time, but we're awakening them for your drinking pleasure on this special night!

Enjoy everything from Lambics, Gueuzes, Brettanomyces beers, wood-aged and blended, sour and wild ales, and other funk-a-licious offerings to tweak your palate and mind!

PLEASE NOTE: These will be the only beer styles being poured during Night of the Funk.
