Judged categories: All BJCP/AHA recognized categories of beer, mead and cider are allowed.

Grand Prize - Beer: The best beer (within reason) will be brewed by the Midnight Sun Brewing Company. Meads and ciders are not eligible for this grand prize.
Grand Prize - Mead: The best mead (within reason) will be brewed by the Celestial Meadery.
Note that ciders are not eligible for grand prize of having it brewed professionally. This is due to the time of year and the possible difficulties associated with obtaining the correct type of apples in sufficient quantity. A cider could potentially win Best of Show but not win the grand prize.
The Best of Show winning entry may not necessarily receive the grand prize. It will be up to the brewers at Midnight Sun and Celestial Meadery to decide whether or not they can or would like to try to brew the Best of Show winner.

Judging: Judging will take place at the SubZero Microlounge room at Humpy's Great Alaskan Ale House (610 West 6th Avenue).
Special Judged category:l there will be a special judged side category. This year the category is session beers. The only beers accepted are those BJCP styles in which alcohol content can be 3.2% or lower.

Always looking for judges ;-) Contact Jason.
