What: Beer Festival

When: Saturday - October 24, 2009 @ 12:00PM to Saturday - October 24, 2009 @ 08:00PM

Where: The Sidecar Bar & Grille, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
This day-long outdoor festival will feature representatives of select craft breweries from around the country showcasing their biggest and best fall beers, as well as delicious food from neighborhood vendors, and a great line-up of live music from local and nationally-touring acts. The event is being staged at the 2000 block of Christian Street from 12-8 PM.

Breweries Include:
Bell's
Flying Dog (Fresh off their Brewery of the year award at GABF)
Blue Point
Left Hand
Sly Fox
Stoudt's
Lancaster

Each brewery will be have two beers on tap. This is a pay as you go event, costing a low price of $3 per beer.

Proceeds of this event go towards the restoration of the Shiloh Baptist Church, built by famed Philadelphia architect Frank Furness. The church is listed on the Philadelphia register as a Historic Place.
