PA Flavor: A Food and Beer Expo will be held Saturday, November 14, 1-5 p.m. at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Arena in Harrisburg, PA.

This inaugural event is presented by the Pennsylvania Brewers Guild and the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture's PA Preferred Program. The event is designed to highlight the diverse food and beer offerings from across Pennsylvania.

All proceeds from PA Flavor will benefit the Pennsylvania Brewers Guild.

PA Flavor will be attended by 1500-2000 beer and food enthusiasts from across the Mid-Atlantic region. Both breweries and food producers will have representatives on site at the event to talk to attendees.

Up to 40 Pennsylvania breweries will be sampling beer during this event. Attendees can enjoy two-ounce samples of close to 100 different kinds of beer. No beer will be available for sale at this event--only the poured samples.

Up to 60 PA Preferred Program food producers will be on handling sampling their food. Food producers will have packaged food for sale to take home. Packaged food cannot be consumed on the premises.

Up to 20 PA Preferred Program restaurants will be offering cold and hot food samples during the event. Restaurants will incorporate Pennsylvania-produced foods into their recipes. Each restaurant will have a self-serve and served food samples available.
