Urbana 10th Annual International Beer Tasting & Chili Cookoff

What: Beer & Food

When: Saturday - October 08, 2011 @ 03:00PM to Saturday - October 08, 2011 @ 08:00PM

Where: Urbana Illinois, Corner Of Main And Broadway, Urbana, Illinois
We're a simple festival. We like beer and we like chili. If you're looking for carnival rides and balloon animals, you best look elsewhere. Not that we don't like carnival rides, it's just that we have more important things to think about. So, if you're looking for ice-cold beer and mouth watering chili, you'll find us in downtown Urbana, IL, on Saturday, October 8th- we'll have you covered.

Sample over 150 different specialty and import beers and then grab a heaping bowl of chili from one of our professional or amateur teams competing for cash prizes and bragging rights for the best chili in Urbana.

Sample tickets are just $.75, so come early for a whole afternoon of great beer and belly-bursting chili (without breaking the bank).

The first 500 people through the gate even get a covetable souvenir glass to drink in style, so line up early if you have an aversion to plastic cups.
