Francesca’s Bryn Mawr will be featuring a four-course dinner with beer pairings by Chicago’s Half Acre Beer Company. The cost is $45 per person excluding tax and gratuity. Reservations are required to enjoy this beer dinner.
The evening begins with Gamberoni con Asparagi e Salsa al Vino Bianco, Jumbo shrimp, roasted asparagus and citrus beurre blanc sauce paired with Gossamer Golden Ale. The next course will feature Cappellacci all’ Emiliano, Prosciutto and braised veal filled pasta with crispy Pancetta, savory cabbage, fresh tomatoes and fontina cheese sauce served with Daisy Cutter Pale Ale. Next will be Filetto di Maile con Caponata, Roasted pork tenderloin, Sicilian eggplant stew, cipollini onion with au jus paired with Over Ale. Finally the dessert course will feature Torta di Formaggio e Cioccolato all’Aroma di Espresso, Chocolate Espresso infused cheesecake with caramel sauce paired with Baumé Rye Stout.
