Chef Todd Davies and the team at Tap House Grill proudly present the Revolution Brewing Beer and Food pairing dinner Thursday January 24th. Reception starts @6:30pm with a pint of Anti-Hero. Dinner starts @7pm. First course will feature the Bottom Up Wit which is a Belgian style wheat beer. It will be served with crispy veal, polenta, red pepper slaw, and salsa verde. Second course will feature the Eugene Porter and it will be served with seared scallop, roasted brussel sprouts, pearl onions, and Eugene porter braised duck. Third course will feature Red Skull which is an imperial red ale. It will be served with chilled house smoked salmon, frisee, creamy cucumber, and poached tomato. Fourth course will feature Very Mad Cow which is Revolutions barrel aged milk stout. It will be served with slow roasted brisket, red eye gravy, and mustard and beet hash. For dessert we will be featuring the double IPA Double Fist. It will be served with a mango vanilla cheesecake terrine, with valencia caramel. It will be a phenomenal meal and a great time. All beers being served with the dinner will be available for purchase after the dinner. The cost for the dinner is $45. To reserve a spot just call Tap House Grill Westmont and ask to make a reservation for the beer dinner.
