These are the final Brewing & Flavor Analysis Classes of the season. This time, both classes are the same and considered intermediate level.

We will discuss basic theory and practice of brewing using one of the house beer recipes as a case study. Looking at raw ingredients and overall process, attendees will get an understanding of how beer is made and how to make it at home. Attendees will get a deeper understanding of mashing, lautering, hop additions, water treatment, and recipe design. We’ll also have a tasting and talk about flavors, where they come from, and how to control them.

Class is $35 and includes the tasting.
