Spend an evening dedicated to craft beer & delicious food! Enjoy a Heavy Seas beer dinner guided by founder Hugh Sisson at Old Brogue in Great Falls, VA! The dinner is $65 per person(excluding tax and gratuity). Reservations are required so please call The Old Brogue at 703-759-3309 to make your reservation.

Reception Beer: Powder Monkey Pale Ale (formerly Heavy Seas Pale Ale)
Appetizer:
Drunken Clams
Steamed in Powder Monkey Pale Ale with shallots, garlic, herb & tomatoes, and served with toasted garlic bread. Paired with Small Craft Warning Über Pilsner
2nd COURSE:
Loose Cannon Irish Banger Rolls
Imported Irish pork sausage dipped in a Loose Cannon IPA beer batter. Served with a honey Dijon dipping sauce. Paired with Loose Cannon IPA
Potato Leek & Cheese Shooter
Paired with Black Cannon Black IPA
ENTRÉE:
Braised Buffalo Short Ribs with a ragout of winter vegetables in a Cabernet Barley Wine sauce. Served with potato au gratin. Paired with Below Decks Cabernet Barrel Aged Barley Wine (Firkin)
DESSERT:
Double Chocolate Bourbon Stout Cake. Paired with Siren Noire Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Chocolate Stout
