First Course
Red Pepper Stilton Fondue: Roasted red peppers, shallots, white wine and sherry blended with creamy Butterkäse and Fontina cheeses, and rich bleu cheese. Served with rustic artisan breads, fresh vegetables and crisp Granny Smith apples for dipping. Paired with: A small keg of Powder Monkey Pale Ale made by team members Rich and Greg
Second Course
Strawberry Almond Salad: Baby greens and fresh spinach lightly tossed with homemade Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette, topped with toasted almonds, Feta and strawberries. Paired with: Small Craft Warning Uber Pils
Third Course
Entrée*
Loose Cannon IPA-marinated Pork Tenderloin, French Quarter Chicken, Jalapeño
IPA-marinated Shrimp and Teriyaki-marinated Sirloin. Served with an array of fresh vegetables and signature sauces for dipping. Paired with: Loose Cannon IPA
Fourth Course
Mint Dark Chocolate Fondue: Dark chocolate with crème de menthe and Oreo® crumbles. Served with fresh strawberries, bananas, cheesecake, Rice Krispies Treats®, marshmallows, pound cake and brownies for dipping. Paired with: Peg Leg Imperial Stout
