Is your beer Dead and Lifeless? Need a brew that’s ALIVE? Then we have what you’re looking for – Cask-conditioned Beer at the New England Real Ale Exhibition (NERAX)! Cask beer, often known as Real Ale, is unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbonated beer that is served without forced carbon dioxide. The live yeast in the cask contributes added complexity to the flavor while the lower carbonation level results in a smoother mouth feel.

NERAX -- the premier cask-condition beer fest in the US returns for the 17th time this March. This year’s festival will have over 100 cask-conditioned beers. There will be beers from all New England states plus a few from other locations in the US. And there will be a number of Real Ales from the UK including Scotland, Wales and England.

Come to NERAX for an outstanding selection of cask beers featuring many rarely seen in the Boston area or anywhere else in the world for that matter. Come sample not only ales such as pale ales, IPAs, porters & stouts but lagers, saisons and other beer styles in cask form plus several ciders. Food will be available from Redbones BBQ.

Entrance fee; beer & food, pay as you go. For tickets & more info go to website.
