Interested in crafting you own beer with an all-grain system? Then you’ve come to the right place. This course is designed for intermediate to advanced home brewers who want to move away from extract and mini-mash brewing, and focus on malted grains. This course provides a more controlled experience and freedom to customize your home brewing recipes. All participants will receive a certificate of completion and a bottle of the all-grain beer. $65, jJune 29, 2013 (6 hours)
