"... I love the smell of hops in the morning"

Its a-hop-eclipse-now Tuesday, March 26th at Alla Spina! Renowned for their hoppy delights, Dogfish Head will be featuring a brand new Sierra Nevada collaboration IPA, Rhizing Bines, and Chef Mike Deganis is putting together a 4-course menu to celebrate! It will be beer-pairings galore, as 5 different, unique, wonderful, and off-centered Dogfish Head IPAs will be served along with Alla Spina's off-centered Italian-gastropub fare. You may think you know IPAs, but you have no idea until you taste through the diversity presented on the 26th at Alla Spina. To demonstrate their mastery of the IPA genre, Dogfish Head has created a specially designed IPA glass, that will hold your first taste of Rhizing Bines, and take you into a post a-hop-ecliptic-world that will change your perception of food and hops together.

$60 per person (tax and gratuity additional), five beers, four courses. Call 215-600-0017 or book online for a reservation to this event. Revolving seating; book early to get your desired reservation-time.
