1st Course -

Grass Fed Beef Carpaccio
Grass fed beef carpaccio with lemon dressed micro greens, shaved Yellow Springs Brown Gold (porcini and walnut liqueur washed, aged goat cheese) and caper berries on multi grain toast points drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and topped with fresh cracked black pepper
Paired with Swing Session Saison

2nd Course -

Miso Soup
Miso soup broth with butter poached shrimp and scallops, seaweed salad, chili oil and scallions
Paired with White Monkey

3rd Course -

Fried Goat Cheese
Panko crusted, fried Yellow Springs fresh chevre with a mushroom fiddlehead ragout, fresh arugula and orange, red and yellow pepper sauces
Paired with NATO IPA

4th Course -

Beer Braised Pork Belly
Braised pork belly served with firm polenta, hearty greens, jus lie and mustard whipped butter
Paired with St Boisterous Hellerbock

5th Course -

A Special Brownie
A dark and rich brownie, herb cherry chutney, vanilla ice cream
Paired with Mad King’s Weiss
