Where: Foothills Brewing Company, Winston-Salem, North Carolina
On Wednesday, April 24 at 6:30 pm, we invite you to join us for a "Farm-to-Fork" beer dinner made with fresh local produce from our friends at Harmony Ridge Farms, a small, family-owned farm in Tobaccoville, NC.

First Course
Baked Kale Chip Salad
Carolina Strawberry Cream Ale

Second Course
Pan seared scallop crowned with pea sprouts on top of a parmesan crusted grit cake
Carolina Blonde Cream Ale

Third Course
Chorizo-stuffed duck leg on a bed of wilted bok choy
Hoppyum IPA

Fourth Course
Smoked and sliced Teres Major topped with radish slaw, served with fried North Carolina sweet potatoes
Cottonwood Low Down Brown Ale

Cost is $35 per person plus tax and gratuity, reservations currently being taken.
