Join us in celebrating Cape Cod/South Shore Beer Week with a beer dinner at the British Beer Company. Sarah Karlavage from Merchant du Vin will guide guests through the food & beer pairings and the history of the Samuel Smith Brewery.

Canapés
House smoked salmon canapé with pickled cucumber and lemon dill aioli
Seared tuna on a sesame wonton crisp with hoisin aioli and granny smith slaw
Seared tenderloin of beef with beet horseradish and red onion relish
Paired with Samuel Smith Organic Cider and Samuel Smith Organic Ale

Dinner
Mixed green salad, dried apricots, cucumbers, shredded carrot, crumbled goat cheese, and a honey vinaigrette
Paired with Samuel Smith Apricot Ale

Appetizer
Moules Mariniere: Classically prepared mussels with white wine, garlic, shallot, parsley, thyme and tarragon and crispy garlic herb toast points
Paired with Samuel Smith Taddy Porter

Entrée
Bacon Wrapped petite filet served over potato rosti with braised rainbow chard and a stilton cream sauce
Paired with Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout

Dessert
Wild Blackberry Crème Brulee
Set vanilla custard baked with fresh wild black berries, topped with bruleed sugar and hazelnut Chantilly cream
Paired with Samuel Smith Chocolate Stout
