Duvel Tripel Hop 2013 (Sorachi Ace) Release Party & Duvel Art Glass Giveaway

Six years ago, the fine craftsmen at Duvel-Moortgaat experimented for the first time with an extra-hopped version of Duvel and called it Duvel Tripel Hop. Richer, stronger, and hoppier than the classic Duvel and the filtered single-fermentation Duvel Single, we now look forward top each distinctive annual release of this beautiful brew...

Join us at ChurchKey Tuesday July 2nd for the official DC debut of the 2013 vintage. This year's edition features Japanese-grown Sorachi Ace hops (alongside the standard Saaz and Styrian Goldings) and it proves a fine addition. Duvel Tripel Hop boasts citrus-filled lemon-lime aromatics, a delicate toasty pale malt flavor, as well as a crisp and warming citrus-filled finish.

For the event we will be pouring Duvel Tripel Hop from bottle, alongside classic Duvel from bottle and draft Duvel Single. Come and taste the subtle, but nuanced, variations among the three!

The good folks at Duvel-Moortgaat will be on hand to celebrate this release, and will be handing out a slew of gorgeous Duvel Art glasses...if you don't have a few of these yet, you will need to add them to your glass collection!

There is no admission fee for this event and all Duvel products, draft and bottle, will be priced individually by the glass and in 4 oz. taster pours.
