jumbo lump crab, honeydew and chive crema

1st Course -

Tuna Roulade ​
cucumber and crab filling, avocado mousse, tarragon creme fraiche and black sea salt

2nd Course -

Roasted Pacific Halibut​
duck bacon wrapped, bulgar wheat, charred corn, almond and roasted cherry tomato salad, grilled scallions and carrot-dill sauce
Paired with Saison

3rd Course -

Dry Aged Beef Slider​
housemade brioche bun, heirloom tomato, arugula and prairie breeze cheddar cheese served with yellow tomato ketchup, mustard and fried pickles
Paired with Brown Ale

4th Course -

Strawberry Shortcake​
black pepper biscuits, chantilly cream, macerated strawberries, balsamic reduction and basil ice cream
Paired with Basil Hefeweizen
