Oskar Blues is the first American Craft Brewery to brew and can their beer. The Longmont, Colo.-based brewery launched its canning operation in a 60-year-old barn next door to the pub in the fall of 2002. The original crew used a hand-canning line on a table-top machine that sealed one can at a time. Since then, Oskar Blues has grown to be a leader in Colorado and has added a brewery in Brevard, N.C. Currently, Culinary Dropout offers “Ten Tidy” and “Mama’s Little Yella Pils” by the can, and “Dale’s Pale” on draft.

The price for this dinner is $40 per person plus tax and gratuity. Space is limited and reservations are required. To reserve your spot, call 480-970-1700. Culinary Dropout is located at Scottsdale Waterfront, 7135 E. Camelback Road, Suite 125, Scottsdale.
