7pm start

1st Course: Grilled smoked oyster served with Blue Paddle

2nd Course: hot & cold charcuterie board served with Rampant IPA

3rd course: winter veggie cornucopia served with Fat Tire

4th course: Venison Belgian stew served with 1554

5th course: Artisanal cheeses by Pastoral served with Cigar City and New Belgium collaboration ale brewed with Anaheim and Marash chilies.
