Come on out to Martin House this Saturday for the Debut of two Pro-Am beers, developed by Cody Martin of Martin House and JJFoodie! During NTX Beer Week, I entered and won a contest through SportsRadio 1310/96.7 The Ticket to be Brewer for a Day. A few weeks ago, Cody Martin and I brewed two small pilot batches that will be available this upcoming Saturday at the 2-5pm tour. There's Smoky D. RIPA, an 8.2% Smoked Rye DIPA (using 15% Rye Malt), and Kumite, a 7.2% Asian-themed Saison, using toasted Coconut, Basil, Cilantro, Thai Peppers, and Lemongrass. About 15-20 gallons of each were made. Come on out!
