Bourbon County Beer Pairing Dinner

$60 Inclusive 4-Course Dinner with 5 Beers from Bourbon County and Goose Island

Tickets can be bought at Ciro’s or by phone, 858-483-4624. Space is limited.

1st two courses prepared by local Chef, Rick Daniels and 2nd two courses prepared by Maeve Rochford, owner of Sugar and Scribe.

1st Course

Citrus Ahi Salad Paired with Sofie Paradisi

-ahi tuna, satsuma tangerines, roasted spiced pecans, shaved parmesan on a bed of mixed field greens with a grapefruit cilantro vinaigrette

2nd Course

Asian Short Ribs braised with Bourbon County Brand Stout

-served with parsnip potato puree, roasted wild mushrooms, BCBS demi-glace and a gremolata

3rd Course

Quadruple Chocolate Espresso Brownie with Bourbon County Brand Coffee Stout

-homemade brownie served with a BCBCS reduction glaze

4th Course

Blackberry Pie served with Lolita

-homemade blackberry pie made with an open-face butter crust and wild-ale infused berries and vanilla bean.

Bourbon County Brand Barleywine Ale will be served after 4th Course
