Gurley Street Grill of Prescott and Four Peaks Brewing of Tempe have joined forces to bring you a fun filled evening with a five course craft beer and tapas pairing. Come enjoy the cuisine of Chef Nathan Haverstock and pick the brain of Bar Room Hero Jon Schmidt of Four Peaks Brewing as they guide us through this culinary journey.

1)Sunbru Kolsh Style Ale paired with Bacon and Havarti Mixed Green Salad
2)Peach Ale paired with Pistachio Chicken Slider topped with Smoked Gouda, Avocado, and Chile Aioli
3)Kilt Lifter Scottish Ale paired with Braised Beef Cutlets topped with Sweet Onion Jus Lie
4)Hop Knot IPA paired with Blackened Shrimp accompanied with Apple Jicama Slaw
5) 8th Street Ale paired with Red Velvet Cake with Spiced Cream Cheese Frosting
These pairings will be sure to please even the most discerning of palates.

Tickets are $35 per person and is all inclusive. Pre-purchase of tickets are required and must be 21 and over to participate.
