On Friday, April 18, to kick off the first Lansing Microbrew & Music Festival, HopCat EL will host a tap feature with Grand Rapids’ Brewery Vivant, showcasing their classic ales with a few special releases.
Starting at 11 am-
Farmhand (Farmhouse Ale)
Triomphe (Belgian-Style IPA)
Solitude (Belgian-Style Dark Ale)
Big Red Coq (Belgo-American Hoppy Red Ale)
Sgt. Peppercon (Belgian-Style Rye Pale Ale w/ Peppercorns)
Tripel (Belgian-Style Tripel)

1pm – 2013 Plow Horse (Belgian-Style Imperial Stout)
2pm – 2012 Tart Side of the Moon (Belgian-Style Wild Imperial Stout)
3pm – Le Flaneur (Barrel Aged Wild Ale)

Try any of these delicious beers with Chef Barker’s creation of the day:
Broiled salmon with roasted jalapeno butter, Spanish rice, and grilled asparagus.
