On Monday, April 21, HopCat EL will host a “Flavor Spectrum” (it’s like Beer Dinner, but more), prepared by house chef, Ryan Barker, pairing five rounds of assorted dishes paired with American-style ales from Founders Brewing Co. and Belgian-style ales from Brewery Vivant, both located in Grand Rapids MI.

Founders All Day IPA & Vivant Triomphe with
Fried tomatillos & creamy cumin dip
Dorito dusted pizza rolls

Founders Red’s Rye & Vivant Sgt Peppercorn with
Peppercorn crusted tuna
Spicy apricot & sausage braid
Beet, arugula, walnut, & goat cheese tartlet

Founders Smoked Porter & Vivant Over The Line with
Bacon wrapped figs
Smoked salmon & bagel chips
Smoked Gouda & leek galette

Founders Imperial Stout & Vivant Plow Horse with
Chocolate espresso truffle
Beer floats
Stout soaked cherry cheesecake
