Blackbelly’s award winning Chef Hosea Rosenberg (Winner of Season 5 Top Chef), is joining forces with Prost Brewing Company to host a ‘Pigs N Pints’ beer pairing and disassembly demo dinner at Prost’s Brewery in Denver. This unique multi-course dinner will celebrate all things Prost & Pork. Each course will be paired with one of Prost’s refreshing German style beers. 

Guests will get to see a live demo break down of one of Blackbelly’s heritage breed pigs by featured Butcher Jason Nauert of the Rocky Mountain Institute of Meat.  Jason will demonstrate the finer points of whole hog butchery and educate guests on all there is to know about pork, including how to identify the best cuts, and to be safe while doing so. Guests will learn about curing meats, making bacon and the best way to serve farm-raised meat at home. The participants will be able to purchase cuts of meats after the demo and dinner.
