World Class Beer Night

What: Beer & Food

When: Friday - September 19, 2014 @ 07:00PM to Friday - September 19, 2014 @ 11:00PM

Where: Player's Sports Bar & Restaurant, Brewster, New York
Join us on Friday, September 19th for our latest, and, by far, most ambitious beer event to date. On that night we celebrate World Class Beer Night by tapping only brews that have attained "World Class" status as a result of being rated 95 or above on, which is the chosen source of information for beer connoisseurs everywhere.

We are still compiling a list and stockpiling kegs for the event, but the beers that we can confirm we'll be pouring that night are:

Speedway Stout by AleSmith Brewing Company
Curieux by Allagash Brewing Company
Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbeer
Founders Porter
Ballast Point Sculpin
90-Minute IPA by Dogfish Head Beer
Goose Island's Bourbon County Stout (2013)
Firestone Walker Wookey Jack
Dirtwolf by Victory Brewing Co.

Providing the soundtrack for the event will be Funk Factor, who will be performing in the Arena's 2nd Floor lobby; playing a combination of original, classic and modern jazz-funk. For more information, go to

Go to the events Facebook page to RSVP, and make your suggestions or requests for beers to be featured at the event. If we use your suggestion, your first round is on us!
