The Quarry Restaurant hosts the Northeast's debut of Extrovert IPA, the latest release by Colorado's Left Hand Brewing Company on Thursday, May 26 at 6:45 p.m. The brewer's David Aresty and distributor Ryan Casey will be on hand. Chef Greg Jordan will pair the brews with a four-course all-star dinner. Craft beer aficionados have been waiting for Extrovert IPA, a medium light brew with jarrylo, cascade and comet hops. The Quarry will be the first East Coast restaurant to pour Extrovert IPA.
“I’m looking forward to the evening where we will canvas Left Hand’s distinctive brews and pair them with some imaginative and delicious dishes,” said The Quarry’s Executive Chef and Partner Greg Jordan who expertly paired the menu with Left Hand Brewing’s beers. “The serious beer connoisseur to the gourmand will have a memorable night.”

First Course: Crispy Braised Octopus with Jalapeno & Ginger, Purple Peruvian Potatoes, House Made Giardiniera Pickles; Pouring: Good Juju

Second Course: Beer Battered Native Bluefish Taco, red cabbage slaw, spicy aioli, charred corn, Fresno chili, cilantro, scallion, lime; Pouring: Extrovert IPA

Third Course: The Wurst: Handmade Sausage Sampler featuring Lamb Merguez, Smoked Pork Sausage with Mustard & Cheddar, and over Crispy Potato Wedges, Curry Ketchup; Pouring: Black Jack Porter

Fourth Course: Chocolate Milk Stout Donut with Vanilla Ice Cream and Cascade Hop Buttercream; Pouring: Milk Stout Nitro.

South Shore Proprietors Ron and Julie Leduc and Executive Chef/Partner Greg Jordan oversee The Quarry Restaurant, a historic edifice and grounds at which stood a working quarry.
