BEER INFORMATION/TASTING NOTES
Wokeberries, Golden Ale
Limited one-off brew
Golden ale brewed with Metric coffee, raspberries and vanilla (6.3% ABV).

Fat Pug, Oatmeal Milk Stout
Brewed with peanut butter and grape jelly, firkin, limited one-off brew
A variety of roasted grains combine to produce a complex, yet mellow, roasted flavor. With notes of dark chocolate and coffee, Fat Pug oatmeal milk stout is rounded out by sweetness provided by lactose (the “milk” of the milk stout). Peanut butter and grape jelly adjuncts add subtle notes of peanut and hints of jelly sweetness to the roasty, dark chocolate stout (5.6% ABV).

Coffee Mind Fk, Imperial Stout
Brewed with Metropolis Coffee, limited release
The brewery teamed up with Metropolis Coffee Company and barrel-aged fresh roasted beans in a Maplewood Brewery & Distillery single malt rye whiskey barrel. After aging, a portion of the beans were cold brewed and both the cold brew and barrel-aged beans were added to the beer. The resulting imperial stout is layered with flavors and aromas of coffee, cocoa powder, vanilla and caramel (10.5% ABV).

Charlatan American Pale Ale (APA)
Year-round
A unique American pale ale with English malt character, the Charlatan is generously hopped with Simcoe, Citra and Centennial hops. The ale has fresh citrus and tropical flavors (mango, passion fruit, grapefruit) with subtle earthy pine notes from the Simcoe hops. Low Co-Humulone bittering hops provide a smooth bitterness that balances the Charlatan’s round malt backbone to create an extremely drinkable pale ale (6.1% ABV).

Crushinator, Session India Pale Ale (IPA)
Year-round, draft only
This Session IPA uses a Vienna malt base and flaked maize to create great body and depth in a low ABV beer. The hops and yeast provide loads of tropical citrus and peach, with a hint of earthy spice (4.5% ABV).

Son of Juice, India Pale Ale (IPA)
Juice Pants Family, year round
A hazy IPA dripping with fruit juice notes. Pilsner malt and oats (flaked and golden naked) make a perfect canvas for loads of Mosaic, Simcoe and Nugget hops (6.3% ABV).
