The Bruery Black Tuesday 2017 Release @ Churchkey

What: Beer Release / Tasting

When: Tuesday - October 24, 2017 @ 04:00PM to Tuesday - October 24, 2017 @ 11:00PM

Where: Birch & Barley / ChurchKey, Washington, District of Columbia
Join us on Tuesday, October 24th as we host the official DC release of The Bruery Black Tuesday 2017, pouring for the very first time in DC. On this night, we’ll showcase 15 different drafts from the California brewery, including multiple vintages and variants of Black Tuesday!

One of craft beer’s most sought-after releases, Black Tuesday is aged extensively in Bourbon barrels, developing deep warming notes of vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate, dark fruit and oak. Perfect for aging, we’re thrilled to pour 4 different vintages of this inimitable brew, going as far back as 2011!

Not to be outdone, we’re also offering multiple variants of Black Tuesday, including Chocolate Rain, Grey Monday, two versions of So Happens It’s Tuesday, Mélange #1 and Mélange #3.

Rounding out the list are two beers rarely seen on the East Coast - Loakal Red, an oak-aged hoppy Red Ale; and Off Shoot Conditions, a hazy, New England-style IPA hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Cascade and Centennial.

There is no admission fee for this event. All beers from The Bruery will be priced individually by the glass and in 4 oz. tasting pours.
