2015 Whiskey Barrel-Aged Neptune Imperial Stout, Rare/Limited/One-Off, 12.2% ABV
The final beer in the brewery’s Planets Series. The ingredient lineup lists star anise, dried cayenne, raisins, dates, black pepper, hickory bark, dandelion root, nutmeg, grains of paradise, fenugreek seeds, and dates. Also brewed with maple syrup, molasses and cane sugar in addition to hops and malt. This barrel was aged in Traverse City Whiskey Company barrels for about nine months, mellowing the spicy, sweet and earthy flavors and adding notes of molasses, toffee, caramel, vanilla and dark chocolate to the creamy imperial stout.

Kalamazoo Stout, Cask-Conditioned Firkin (Year-Round Brew), 6.0% ABV
Named after Kalamazoo, Michigan, the city where Larry Bell launched the brewery in 1983. This smooth, full-bodied stout offers a blend of aromas and flavors of dark chocolate and freshly roasted coffee, balanced with a significant hop presence. Naturally carbonated by active yeast in the firkin; the cask-conditioning adds smoothness and complexity.

Hell Hath No Fury, Belgian-Inspired Dark Ale, Seasonal, 7.5% ABV
Brewed with Belgian abbey-style yeast, this ale is more similar to a roasty stout, offering warm, roasted notes of coffee and dark chocolate with fruity and clove-like aromas.

Best Brown Ale, American Brown Ale, Seasonal, 5.8% ABV
A smooth and toasty fall seasonal ale with hints of caramel and cocoa. Although the malt body has the depth to stand up to cool weather, Best Brown is not overly heavy thanks to the generous use of American hops.

Special Double Cream Stout, Seasonal, 6.10% ABV
Named for the velvety-smooth creamy texture, this rich stout is brewed with 10 different specialty roasted malts that impart notes of rich mocha and espresso. Dark and sweet tones with a soft, roasty finish.

Two Hearted Ale, American-Style India Pale Ale, Year-Round, 7.0% ABV
Hopped exclusively with the Pacific Northwest Centennial hop varietal; solid malt balance with grapefruit and pine resin aromas.
