Kicking off the 2018 Fermented Pairings Series, Andreas Truffles is back for another amazing beer and truffle pairing. With their creative twist on chocolate, were joining forces around Valentine's Day for a sweet evening affair.

White Labs Education and Engagement Curator Erik Fowler and Andrea will deliver unique and educational pairings of truffles and beer. Spend an hour and a half in a classroom setting discussing the production of chocolate, confectionery and all things truffles, while pairing five delicious chocolate creations with five White Labs beers.
