ThirstyFest to come to McNichols Civic Center Building on July 28, 2018
DENVER, COLORADO - In its inaugural year, ThirstyFest is a completely volunteer-led beer festival supported by Rocky Mountain Environmental Association (RMWEA) to benefit the Denver-based non-profit Water For People.

ThirstyFest volunteers believe in Water For People’s vision of a world where every person has access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene services. Water For People organizes community members to establish reliable, safe water solutions, and teaches people to build and maintain these systems. Water For People currently works in nine countries.

On July 28, 2018, ThirstyFest will bring together friends, local breweries, live music, lawn games, and food trucks at the McNichols Civic Center Building to raise money and celebrate the accomplishments achieved in global water and sanitation. All of the net proceeds from ThirstyFest will benefit Water For People’s work.

Currently, ThirstyFest is looking for local breweries, vendors, food trucks, and financial sponsors to support the event. If you believe your company is a good fit, please contact us at [email protected]

General Admission tickets will be on sale the first week of March. These will include drink tickets to sample beer from some amazing breweries around Colorado. Additional drink tickets may be purchased at the event.

We are a passionate committee of Rocky Mountain Water Environment Association (RMWEA) volunteers who had an idea to host a beer festival with all proceeds benefiting Water For People. RMWEA provided the festival with seed money to get us off the ground.
