Looking to better understand fermentation control points and how it could affect strain selection?

We are hosting a 60-minute live webcast (times are in PST) with Q&A to briefly discuss what differentiates strains. From flavor production to behavioral attributes such as flocculation, attenuation and alcohol tolerance learn to navigate between 100’s of commercially available strains to create the perfect beer.

This class is taught by White Labs Education & Engagement Curator, Erik Fowler. Erik has more than eight years of experience in beer and wine service and education and holds his Cicerone Certification® as well as a certificate in the Business of Craft Beer from San Diego State University.
