On tap at the NBC.
Served as a hazy pear color with a small ring of head
Aromas of musty barn malts, orange, and white bread.
Flavor is very bready with hints of white pepper, coriander, and TONS of clove. Halfway through it falls flat though, and the flavor and feel disappears - much like their EOS. Some faint stale cigarette, chewed bubble gum, and bread finishes it out.
Feel is creamy and semi dense until the halfway point where it drops off to water.
It's okay, but far from the best wits out there.

Stopped in yesterday on 3/26/16 at the Nebraska Brewing Company in Papillion, Nebraska. Got a free 2-ounce sample while I ordered their 'Apricot Saison". Didn't see the pour, but was hazy light straw-yellow in color with a smaller head. Some lacing was seen when sipped. Lots going on with this brew as their is some coriander and citrus zest. Taste pretty much follows the nose. Crisp and tart but goes down easy. Lighter-bodied with perfect carbonation. Overall a tasty brew and I will get a pint of it next time I am there.
