Dommy's Pizza / Double D Brewing Company

For a small neighborhood pizza shop they have a nice bottle selection. You can tell the owner is a beer guy because he's always rotating in new and interesting selections. They always have the latest seasonals. There are always at least 4 craft beers on tap, including Dommy's own Double D offerings. Growlers are available. Some of the staff is knowledgeable about beer styles and love talking about the latest selections. The pizza isn't too bad either.

For being a small pizza shop the beer selection is very good, the food is pretty good (especially the pizza) and the prices are very reasonable. Not only is the beer selection good but they also brew their own beer and several members of the staff are very knowledgeable about beer. It's definitely checking out.

 

This is a great little pizza place with booths and tables in addition to take out. Great selection of bottled beers, including some hard to find craft beers and seasonals.

They have a rotating selection of draft beers to consume on the premises or to fill a growler. Recently the owner has expanded the draft selection from six to eight, adding two selections of his own microwbrew. Very good beer and at a very reasonable price!

Pennsylvania's archaic liquor laws have just recently started to catch up with the rest of the world, and it is great that this small town pizza shop is participating!
