I attended the Ice Cream Man release (March 2019) and had a great time. I enjoyed all the beer I tried. Bought a case of ICM and the lady got a medley case of Misty, Bomo and Shad.
Vibe is upstart warehouse district, all business must be in back with those huge shiny metal vessels and an inventory to the roof taboot taboot- the tasting room is your 1990's front office shipping and receiving warehouse with a tap installed - right on.
The folks are really nice. I didn't wait longer than 10 minutes on a slammed day. I imagine: Any given day you'll walk in, approach the tap and ask for a beer and be given such in less than 30 seconds. You can sit in the shipping area or the receiving area or in front of the establishment where you'll freeze to death or be blasted with an 11am-Sunset ball of fire.
Loved it, took it home with me, glad I got the ICM, it's lovely.

There is always an exceptional selection in the fridge on top of what’s on tap and available for that weeks release. The downgrade on the vibe is because of the interior. It’s small, cramped and the can line (which is sometimes long) is right on top of the tables which may be on top of the entertainment for the night. As much as I love their beer, I hardly ever want to hang out and have a beer. Hopefully their expansion, if not complete, includes making the tap room feel more like a tap room. Beer quality is great. IPAs are always excellent to me. Slight downgrade because their core rotational always available in local establishments are just meh. I really do love the beers from these guys. It’s right near work so it’s great to get in and out with some cans.

One of my favorite CT brews, Ice Cream Man is featured occasionally.

Excellent customer service. All of their beer was available for purchase. Place is a bit small and thrown together but they welcome you in and offer you free beer to try.

Place has been remodeled and expanded since my first visit, they noe occupy the whole warehouse building, wian a large bar that runs along the left side of the room that opens to a deck off the back and an additional patio behind that. Plenty of seating inside and out. 14 beers on tap, the IPA that I had was solid. Food truck and live country band.

Visited this place in early October with the girlfriend and the family. Located in a laid back small industrial park near a Dunkin Donuts. Walked in around noon or so to a smallish, but neat tasting room with cool newspaper articles chronicling their history and swag around. The tasting girl was cheerful and pretty knowledgeable with the beers and they had 5 beers on tap, all of which were free to try in 4 oz. or so glasses. Didn't seem to be any 'limit' once you tried the line-up you were free to re-try any other ones you liked again without any question. Besides our group of four, one other couple was there and we were given a free tour of the back 'industrial' part by one of the co-owners of the company. The guy was a bit dry, but funny and informative and we were given (another) free beer to take along with us on the tour. On the way out headed back to the tasting room where they had some special release bottles (their RIS) and shirts, t-shirts, growlers, etc. all at very reasonable prices.
Cool up and coming place, would definitely check them out again and worth a day trip if in the area (also helps they are a five minute drive from Hooker brewery).

Great place to go and sample the beers they offer. Usually all beers are on tap. No charge for sampling Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and on Saturdays they have free tours. You can purchase right at the brewery, Six-packs and Growlers. Merchandise also for sale.

Stopped by Back East during a CT brewery tour with friends. They had just started out but the staff was friendly and brought out the owner to talk to us. Very generous on their sample pours. The IPA was smooth with the right amount of hops and the Stout was one the best we had in CT.
