Postdoc Brewing

A nice little place tucked away in a business park in Redmond, kind of a pain in the rear getting there. Modest interior with some cool crosscut whole wood tables.

Service is always smiling and approachable, a decent selection of different styles of beers, a few guest cider taps. They have a couple of coolers in the back that showcase their house favorites in bottles and cans for those on the go, pricing of some of the specialty offerings are ridiculously expensive though. A few guest ciders in cans as well.

Worth stopping by if you find yourself out by Marymoor Park.

 

These guys make great beer. The staff is very friendly and happy to talk craft or offer a recommendation. They are also kid and dog friendly, and have a regular food truck rotation,

 

Alpha Factor IPA. Wow!!!

Postdoc Brewing is located immediately adjacent to Marymoor park in Redmond, and they were pretty full on the nice day I visited. 10 taps, plus a list of what's fermenting and what's aging, which I always find cool. The beers I had were mostly pretty good, nothing mind-blowing, but they do have some interesting experimental stuff going on (like a smoked Pilsner, which I kind of liked). Service was decent enough, and I could see myself going back to sample more of their offerings.
