Just a quick stop for a beer but I'm very excited to get back for a full review and have the food. It all looked great.

An exceptional food experience, coupled with some rock-solid brews. The spirit options are extraordinary, but this place offers brews a plenty, and the standard salad alone is work a visit. I will say this is among the most expensive gastropubs I've ever been to, and it could never be a part of my regular rotation, but when I come to Chicago and stay in the western suburbs, as I often do, it is a place to enjoy.

Brand new place, a brewery is in there somewhere. Hop farm on the frontage road, and a huge parking lot for a couple hundred cars or so. The building itself is very unique, and made to feel smaller than it is. The bar was a little cramped. Lots of repurposed and recycled materials, rusted metal, pipes, and a huge vertical garden on the front wall. L-shaped bar in the back, some side rooms with additional seating.

Beers were sort of typical but above average in quality. APA, IPA, DIPA, Saison, Porter, Coffee Stout. Saison was the most interesting, only because it was oddly hoppier than the DIPA.

Service was quick and friendly at the bar, though very rehearsed. A hostess greeted everyone at the door.

There was a nice patio outside with hops strung diagonally for shade eventually I guess. It was too hot to be in use today unfortunately. Overall it was a good experience, seems like it has potential.
