Brewed with a 50/50 grist of German Pilsner And @rabbit_hill_malthouse wheat. Fermented with expressive german hefeweizen yeast with distinct clove and banana characters
This beer was naturally conditioned in package with fresh wort, a traditional german technique called “speise”. We are thrilled with the results of this process and excited to share this delicate and beautiful beer with everyone.

Pours cloudy and pale; lemon and straw colors; really nice head; white, very billowy; lasts for a while and settles to a nice thick cap, some lacing.
There is just hit sulfur in this one, after that there is some nice typical hefe flavors; in this one I would describe it as clove like bubble gum, quite nice; light touch of hops.
The taste mirrors the bubble gum and clove from the nose, backed up by that same refreshing hop thread that takes on a soft lemon character; some dry wheat bread character; good hefe character lingers in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel is light and smooth, it has a very pleasant and nice carbonation to it; drying, minorly hoppy; with very good drinkability and very refreshing.
