11 beers on tap (3 different Pilsners!) and three more in bottles.

There’s a limited food menu which features German fare.

The beers are generally above average. The building is a brick warehouse style with the 2nd floor removed creating a 35 foot ceiling to the exposed roof. The brewery takes up about half the floor space. Picnic benches are the main furniture feature. There’s also exterior seating.

Neat brewery. Exposed to the brewery itself, old brick factory that is wide open, with old reclaimed wood for bars and various picnic tables inside and out. They don't offer flights but let you taste anything first.

Servers and bartenders were friendly. Classic rock in the background. Mostly younger crowd at 6pm on a Friday. Talked to the head brewer/owner, and he was very friendly down to earth guy and happy to have a conversation.

They do offer snacks for food, but i didn't get any. Eight taps with various styles, and amazingly no ipas! Radler, hefe, kolsch, couple lagers and pilsners, saison, even a kellerbier. (Almost) Everything I tried was very well done.

This brewery has breweries most other small breweries don't even attempt. They are all excellent and is indeed worth a trip.

Went to the North Shore and tried this brewery. It’s located near downtown with plenty of municipal parking. It’s located in an old mill with a patio space. The inside is actually kind of small but you can see the entire brewery space. The bar is at the right side where I met one of the friendliest and most helpful bartender in any brewery I have been too. He really helped me decide what crowlers I should invest in. I never tried the food but they seemed to have some small snacks. Overall, neat space with some good beer.

Cool restored mill building. Uncomfortable metal bar stools though, & sound gets reflected easily inside - so tends to get a bit loud with just a few folks. No games to play or tv’s around, so unless you’re into your company the place can get kinda boring & uncomfortable quick.

Servers very friendly & helpful, everyone knows all about the beer.

Speaking of the beer, Euro styles are emphasized here. No DIPA’s , no hazy nonsense. Usually a few styles of lagers on (dark, light, hoppy, Pils or Helles) & a Saison or two. All are executed quite well & clearly show some expertise & attention to detail.

Prices are a bit high for the Merrimack Valley, but given the quality that’s OK, & I usually never stay for more than a few beers anyway.

Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area & like Euro-style beers, would be a destination if the taproom itself had a little more to offer.

They don't have a full kitchen, so food offerings are limited. However, they do special events with food purveyors who come in for a night - and they are always quality items. They generally have a half dozen or so beers on tap, and you can get crowlers to go. The proprietors are friendly and genuine. This is a great spot - a little small, but very welcoming. The old brick mill building next to a waterfall doesn't hurt either.

There are plenty of beer options for the non IPA lover like me - saisons, pilsners, dark lagers, etc.

Visited on 12/27/2017. What a great place. Brewery is located in converted mill space - lots of brick and the boiler was preserved as part of the architecture. A fairly open layout - brewery equipment is behind one of the bars (there are two) with the faucets located behind the other. A number of tables are present. Lots of wood, brick and polished metal (steel and copper). The brewery offers a small food menu (cheese slate, salami, pickled veggies, soft pretzels); however, I didn't avail myself on this trip. Lots of locals who were greeted by name and fairly family friendly as there are other offerings (e.g. tea, lemonade, cold-brewed coffee) available. Not a large place (can probably see about 40) but just a great vibe with a solid array of beers (sorry, no IPAs, DIPAs or NEIPAs) well-brewed and to style. Well worth a visit if you have the opportunity and the prices are quite fair ($6 for a half liter of the lower abv beers; $8 for .4 liters of the higher gravity offerings). Crowlers are quite reasonably priced at $8 in my opinion. Service was quick and friendly and Mark was kind enough to entertain our beer-nerdy questions. For being open for such a short time, their beers are pretty well dialed-in in my opinion.

Love the building, the interior, vibe is awesome. I went the second day they were open, so there was definitely some extra excitement among people checking out a new place. The patio area isn't huge, but very nice addition. Met 3 of the 4 owners, and they're really nice, and obviously have poured their hearts into this place. The beer selection was a bit limited, but that's understandable. So far I've only tried the pilsner, but it was really good. Slightly more hoppy than traditional, and really clean. Looking forward to trying the saison (from a crowler) soon.

Set in an old mill building the entrance was draped with hops and had a small outdoor seating area available too. Place had a nice vibe. Four beers were on Tap. I had a nice Farm House Ale saison called Apropos and my husband an even better "Hoppy Ale" called Smooth Sailing. They offered some food such as pretzels and pickled veggies. Crowlers were also available. Definitely worth visiting.
