I visited Fiddlin' Fish Brewing on 6/07/19. The taproom was really nice. They had a band playing, but it wasn't too loud. They had about 10 beers on tap, Everything we tried was good. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful with beer selections. I definItely this place.

Good selection and great product. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Walkable in downtown W-S. The patio will be a good place in the summer (we were there in Dec). Bartender gave a good expalaination of the nuances of the product.

A largely large space with quite a few tables and a fairly large amount of bar space for seating. There were a couple of TVs that were playing without the volume and a decent music selection playing at a reasonable volume that allowed for easy conversation. It was fairly quiet when I stopped by but that is not too surprising on the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. No food but there was a food truck outside.
Beers were offered in flights, 10 oz, pints as well as growlers (32/64) to go, Beers were well poured into proper glassware, at a reasonable temperature, and with a decent amount of head.
Service was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
More offerings than I expected (like 12 drafts) but a little more heavy on the stouts and IPA (not a lot of other styles).

Newest brewery addition to town. Stopped by last night with a friend. Arrived at 10, and we were literally the only patrons there. Sort of nice as I got a chance to chat with the 2 guys working there and get the background on how they came to be and background on their brews. Had a larger selection than I expected. Grabbed a flight. I would definitely say they were avg-to-above avg on all offerings I tried. Large interior with plenty of seating option. They do trivia night, live music, etc. No food on site, but they have food trucks outside on a daily basis. Nice addition to the north end of downtown. I'll be back for sure.
