Lost Canoe Brewing

Lost Canoe is a new brewery in Snohomish that just opened up in May. It's a cool place; the build-out is somewhat industrial but still warm and welcoming, with the brewhouse right there in view of the taproom. There were 10 taps available when I visited, and I had a taster tray. For me, the standout was the hefeweizen, which was a very faithful rendition of the classic Bavarian style; sadly, it was a limited brew and they weren't doing growler fills. The other beers were all tasty and quite competent, if not exemplary or boundary-pushing (the peanut butter porter was a little out there, I admit). Service is good and I highly recommend visiting if you are in town.
