Reviewing now as they are closing. Me and my now wife went in April 2021. Loved the brewery. Great tap list with 14 beers, mostly house beers, a few guest taps. 4 taps were out when we went, they were big beers. Good mix of styles. A nice short list of foods you could order at the bar. We had fries, fried cheese curds, pretzel bites w/ queso, birria crunch wrap, and italian flatbread. I had a PB porter, Citra IPA, and a New England IPA on tap. All great quality and clean beers. Great service and vibe for the brewery all around. They will be missed, would have gone there in the future when I visit family and friends in Ohio.

Best brewery in NE Ohio. And the food is as amazing as the music.

I was going to change my review since they moved out of Barberton, but almost all of my remarks match the current experience now. It's just that the bar is now longer, the floor is bigger, there's more space both for movement and for the occasional band to play, more options for food around town, and a much cooler layout, design and overall motif. Oh and they just had the outside spray painted with an awesome monster mural in mid-2019! On to my original review, only slightly modified:
This is a chill place where you order your beer at the bar and patrons seem very comfortable and accustomed to ordering food from nearby restaurants to eat while they have a pint or two. There are plenty of tables on the floor that are all easily movable if the size of your crew calls for it.
Depending on the night, you could have Harry Potter playing on the screens and heavy metal coming through the speakers, or a mellow acoustic performance playing some new takes on classics and new hits alike with a tribe game in the background.
The taplist isn't too big, but the beer is pretty well made, with particular kudos to their hazy IPAs and froot jooses. There's a decent variety even though they've started upping the availability of their fruited sours. Barberton is missing out but Akron heartily welcomes MCBC, as this place has been hoppin like a muh fugga since they opened this new location.
Additionally, since moving into Akron limits, they've added Cult Kitchen to their roster, which is throwing down pretty killer food that frankly has had me coming in to eat more than drink on several occasions. From creatively low brow brunch items to approachably tasty dinner items that change frequently and often pull influences from global cuisine, they've got a knack for keeping you in house as opposed to moving on for grub elsewhere.
