From the can, it pours a hazy amber color with a very nice thick off-white head that slowly reduces. The nose gets bitter and citrus, not necessarily pleasant. The mouth gets a citrusy brew with malty overtones.

I got a tall boy can of this beer from the brewery whilst in Vegas for my long time friend's wedding. It poured a clear golden with white head that left some lace. The scent had bitter citrus fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base with bitter citrus fruit presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

my first from these guys, a really solid ipa, on tap, sneaky strong for how drinkable it is, blonde almost, golden maybe, nice clarity, solid head on it, pure white, bubbly, and a nice mix of hops creating a cool sensory experience here, good and fresh too. i get classic woodsy pine and some weediness, but also cool fruity layers from tangerine to pink berry, floral white lychee or something, and a big of a white grape thing, very dynamic, but still decently high alpha and recognizable, light on the grain side, basic pale two row type malt to me, fermented fairly dry, some white grapefruit to me too as it warms. the flavor is similar to the nose, certainly just as bright, with obvious citrus and juniper type character, but also with some modern elements, melon juiciness, a light tropical lean without being sweet at all which is nice, less dank and bitter maybe than it smells, but still decidedly west coast, grassy at the end, botanical, lighter medium body and with a kind of pale ale balance almost to me, so sneaky strong for sure compared to how brisk and effortless it goes down. light oily recall, but clean overall, enough carbonation, just delicious and very nicely hopped beer. a heck of a first impression, and ill be on the hunt for more from these guys for sure, pun intended!

This has some of the sweet candy and orange peel taste of the hazies, but the appearance is crystal clear. Plenty of foam in the goblet and spritzy on the tongue. The stuff is very sweet and more like a DIPA in flavor. Taste is bold and then some. Flavors of orange, canned peaches, and mango nectar. The finish is quite sharp with the grapefruit peel finally winning out. Bitter aftertaste. This is interesting, at least, with over the top hops, sugar, alcohol, and flavor. From the 16 oz can purchased on the West Coast.

16 ounce can poured into a Spiegelau wheat beer glass.

L: Clear gold pour, two inch white head is thick and creamy, nice retention, leaves lace.
S: Big juicy hop nose, earthy notes coming as it warms.
T: Clean citrus and pome fruit hop flavor over a honey malt base, assertive citrus zest hops bitterness rings out on the back, also getting berry and earthy hop flavors, a little pepper as well
F: Light-medium body, moderate carbonation, builds a light bite by the finish.
O: A lot of flavor to pick through, very enjoyable.

Aroma is citrus/fruit, malts/grains and a hint of cotton candy sweetness. The flavor is fruit, malts/mild bread sweetness and a slightly tropical/Citra hop finish.

Hazy pale gold with two fat fingers of dense off-white head. Great retention and rings of lacing.

Orange, pine needles and white pepper in the nose.

Peppery taste. Tea-like bitterness in the aftertaste.

On the lighter side of medium bodied with a little prickliness from the carbonation.

Love the can art. The beer itself isn’t as memorable.
