This place filled up fast on a Saturday afternoon. Outdoor tables were at a premium, while the inside was quiet. Good, friendly service. Small but varied taplist. Some food available. Distillery on site also.

really cool this town has a brewery now, seems like a long time coming, and so cool that its not right downtown, i love the location, at a neat old mill right on the creek there, adjacent to an awesome walking trail that we hit up first, and the building feels historic, a perfect setting. they seem to share the space with a distillery, not sure if they are the same folks or now, but the front half of the building is for cocktails and spirits tasting, the back half the brewery. they have a killer outside space, lots of picnic tables and grassy area, food trucks set up, a small stage with wonderful live music, family and dog friendly, really open and welcoming spot. inside was pretty sparse, just a long bar with most of the seating removed likely due to the pandemic, but it was perfect weather for outside drinking when we stopped by. they had a nice selection, ten or so beers, a sour, a brown, a mess of hoppy stuff, all of it decent, a few offerings even pretty impressive, including the major trail brown and the willow creek ipa, i was less impressed with the lager, but nothing way off here either. it was more about the experience for us, hanging with family, cool vibes with the tunes and the food and the old building, and overall a great time, a place i will be back to for sure, glad to see them doing so well too, it was totally popping on a saturday afternoon when we were in. looking forward to watching their beer evolve in the years ahead...
