Used to live close by and attended spring/octoberfest here many times. Marzen is always good. Blackout stout is good as well. Mojave red is a great everyday red, easy to drink. Appreciated having a microbrew in the middle of the desert!

The Indian Wells Brewing Co. includes both a brewery facility with a tap room and bar, plus a restaurant in a separate building on the same site.

The tap room and bar, where one can get tastes and full pints, is right in the brewery building and the sitting area with chairs, benches, and tables, looks right into the bottling line, which is interesting to watch whilst drinking. They also some some snacks but it's mostly just for the beer, as well as their soda pop, etc. The people seem friendly and one can either get a small (4oz?) tasting glass with unlimited $1 tastes or buy a full pint glass with pint of beer for $5. In both cases, you keep the glass as well as the beer. One can also buy beer or soda pop to go, in individual bottles, cases, 6-packs, variety packs, or growlers

The restaurant is more of a regular restaurant than a brewpub or pub in the normal sense. It has a range of menu items, overall the food is not great but it is good. The place is pleasant and it has nice views over the valley, since it's on a slight rise with large windows looking out. It has the brewery's full range of beers on tap and one can also buy the beer to go here, as well, in packs or by the bottle or growler, plus various souvenirs. The people again are very friendly. It's at least an enjoyable place to stop when driving through this area, which otherwise does not offer much in the way of food, let alone beer.
