First I LOVE the vibe of this place, old world accoutrements with German and Swiss emphasis dot the old world vibe space with a sleek finish to it all. Had dinner here and it was slightly above average german food for the US. The beer selection was all germanic based lagers, including some rarer styles which was great. The execution of these styles varied quite a bit, mostly leaning paler. Loved that you could get snyt beer pours though! Service was quick, friendly, and helpful, but they knew nothing about the beer, for example the W's were not pronounced as V's when highlighting beers. This place has tremendous potential that is worth a stop if you have a passion for germanic beers and grub

Visited this place on a Saturday afternoon with my wife. We didn't know what to expect, but we were not disappointed. We were greeted by friendly servers and quickly shown to a table near the brewing room. The area itself is spacious, with a beer-tent like atmosphere. Smartly decorated and clean in design. They had German music in the background, and huge tanks behind an enormous bar. The beers were all German styles. I had a German Pilsner and my wife had the Hefeweizen. They were both fresh and delicious. I had Pork Schnitzel for lunch, while my wife tried the SpƤtzle. Again, both were excellent. It's nice to have another German restaurant and brewery in town.
