Poured from a gold “Hulkamania Forever” can into a FFF DLD nonic pint glass. Pours a clear straw golden with a little less than a finger of white foam head. Something kind of off about the nose. Corn / ethanol thing going on. Tastes a little better. A little cleaner but it almost drinks and definitely has the mouthfeel of heavier lager. Interesting beer. Not undrinkable but drinks kind of heavy for a light lager.

Poured from a can into pint glass. Pours golden yellow with a small white head. Smells of cereal grain, some corn flavor. Tastes of sweet grain but not many flavors. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, an average beer.

24oz can stamped 0185 LAX 1724 FLA consumed from the can as intended. 4.2% ABV and typical pale yellow from the little bit on top of the can. The aroma is ok, mild pale malt and nothing unsettling. The taste is very light cereal grain and vegetable notes with minimal bitterness. The feel is thin bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, average light beer.

Up front, I did not buy this beer because I'm not in the Hulk camp. Two cans were given to me to try out and give my opinion.
The Hulk wasn't my favorite wrestling character and didn't care for his political stand. However, up front, that did not affect my rating one way or the other.

Neat can. The beer itself poured a super pale yellow, carbonation visible and high. No head at all. Poured/looked like soda.
No nose.

Very thin body. Lots of corn and apple taste. Somewhat like a cider, really. Could not detect any malt, even when I let the beer warm up. Hops? There's hops in here?
Sorry Hulk. This might be touted as "Real American" but I'd almost stop short of calling this beer. Not a good beer and certainly not worth the price.

Overall it was as bland and boring as you’d expect from a gimmick beer. Looked good for a few seconds, had no real aroma and tasted like hints of lemon zest, vegetables and some faint malt sweetness. Hulk was entertaining but this brew was not.

The Real American "Real American Beer"
12 fl. oz. can coded "2644 LAX 0951 FL"
$14.99/12 pack @ Javies Beverage, Philadelphia, PA

Notes via stream of consciousness: This is a light beer at 4.2% alcohol by volume with 110 calories and 4 grams of carbohydrates. The website also lists it as being "200% AMERICAN" - of course, right? Hulk Hogan is pictured on the label, and his signature is on the can as well. I'm not sure if he was involved or not, maybe he just sold his likeness and signature, but this is a contract brewing company, and the beer is most likely brewed at the City Brewing Company (formerly Heileman). It's poured a clear deep golden colored body beneath a finger's width of white foam. It's almost amber, really, and much darker than I thought it would be. I think they might have been going after something similar to Yuengling's Traditional Lager with this but I could be wrong. The head has fallen and it's just been a minute. Has it left any lacing behind on the glass? No, not a drop. The aroma is malty, and I'm not finding any hops. I think there's some caramel malt in here. That's at least an improvement from using a coloring agent. Overall, however, the aroma comes off as dull because there are no hops there. On to the taste... well, there is some caramel there for sure, and I'm not finding more than just a smudge of hops so I guess it's pretty much exactly as the aroma suggests. The problem with it, as it was with the aroma, is that it's just kind of dull. It seems to use sugar as an adjunct, otherwise it would be more malty. There's not a lot of bitterness to it but there is some acidity - just the standard acidity of beer - so it doesn't become too sweet, and it remains in-balance but it's certainly on the edge. That's actually a lot like Yuengling Traditional Lager as well. It's medium bodied with a moderate carbonation level which is a bonus for a light beer in my opinion. The lack of head retention and lacing is kind of a bummer though. So where do I rate this. I've had some pretty nasty beers around the world, and there's no real flaw to it so there's that. That immediately takes it to a 3. The appearance is good except for the head retention so that helps it. The aroma is clean, if dull, and that also helps it. Ditto for the taste, although the balance could certainly be better. A little bit more carbonation would probably help with that. My conclusion is that it's not that bad at all, it's just not very well made, and without any hops it just seems lifeless. Other than that it's actually fairly unique for a light beer. It's at least better than Natty Light.

Grabbed a tall boy as a novelty, and to say I tried it. Poured into an imperial pint glass, it looks the part. The 3 finger (soapy) head dissipates to a trace. Corn, sweet grains on the nose. Low to moderate carbonation < this fooled me - as I was expecting more carbonation. 4.2% abv is standard. Piss yellow in color. The taste? Boy, it’s hard to do this, after Hulkster’s death, but this is one less than average light beer. And at the pricepoint? No. I’ll never buy it again. The can is very cool though. Cheers!

This Real MAGA beer is much worse than you could ever imagine, unless you are a 75-year-old BOOMER with a weak bladder, then this beer will taste better than sliced white bread to you. Its appearance is close to a pale yellow or perhaps closer to the value of an alt right white robe. The taste is pure racism with expressive notes of contempt for anyone of color voting in US elections. You can really feel the misogyny on the backend, the dry lifeless finish lacks any complexity, much like the washed-up hack who contracted this swill (beer) to be brewed. It’s worthless and holds zero intrigue beyond the first sip; I suggest you pour it out or use it as lawn fertilizer. I also advise against regifting the undrinkable cans of this cheap garbage (once the regret settles in from your recent purchase) to any of your friends or family members unless they prefer to watch Fox News versus reading a book or getting a top-notch college education. If you’re looking for a cheaper alternative to buying a rigged election with contributions siphoned from a private charitable fund, then this piss water will get you drunker than that one time you voted for the rights of all LGBTQ persons to be revoked. Don’t buy it, don’t drink it, and don’t support the MAGA machine, simply grab an Old Style.

Poured in a glass from a can. Cloudy yellow look with a full foamy head. It has a sweet corn smell. It honestly has not much taste but definitely a very light beer

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a pale straw color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is mild malts, some corn. Taste is corn, malts, some green apples, slightly sweet. Feels medium/light bodied in the mouth and overall is a mediocre beer.
