Possible new flossmoor station location

The beer b que ribs at flossmoor station are to die for. Awesome along with the house ipa on tap. Love the place. Great food and even better,atmosphere. Winner winner chicken dinner.

 

Food is good especially the soup. Next time I will get the $1 tacos that looked surprisingly good. The beer is also solid. The way they do their releases is fantastic. Yesterday's Fireside Chat was a great example. They let you in before opening to sample the beer. They let you bring in your bottles. Nice little bottle share at the front of the line as well boys. They get your allocations quickly and efficiently. Overall Flossmoor does it right!

 

It's easy to do a good bottle release when you are dealing with manageable crowds.

How is the ba fireside chat? I got a couple bottles but I have a cold and can't taste anything

 

I just had it on tap and it's tasty & powerful. Very bourbony, sweet, kind of bitter too. It reminded me of BA Hi-Fi (batch 2) by way of a bitterness that's a little off-putting. Not sure if that's hops I'm tasting or what. But I think it tastes better than Hi-Fi on Day 1 and look forward to how it moderates over time.

Also just finished a chef's salad that I started at the restaurant and finished at home, it was so freaking huge. I have no complaints about the food.

 

Very tasty. Had it on tap and out of the bottle yesterday and thought it was at least on-par with B2 BA Hi-Fi at 1yr and much better fresh.
